No smoking is allowed in the rooms.  You are welcome to smoke on the verandah or outside.

Breakfast is served between 7.30 a.m. and 9.00 a.m.

We are happy to supply a packed breakfast (by prior arrangement) for those wishing to leave very early.

Check in – between 2.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m.

Please be so kind as to make special arrangements for arrivals after 6.00 p.m.

Check out – by 10.30 a.m.

Either a 50% deposit or your full credit card details are required to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 30 days prior to arrival:      25% of the full accommodation charge

Less than 30 days prior to arrival:        50% of the full accommodation charge

Less than 7 days prior to arrival:          100% of the full accommodation charge

Payment – cash preferred.  Visa and Master Cards accepted.

There are FRIENDLY family dogs.  Their names are Pongo, Pixie and Pip.

Parking – secure parking is available.
